Author Biography

DEBORAH LOCKTON is Deputy Head, Department of Law at De Montfort University. She has published widely in the area of employment law and over the years has been a consultant for a number of companies. She has also conducted a large number of Common Professional Development courses for local law societies, city firms, barristers' chambers and district judges.
