You can trust Edmonds to bring out a simple, easy to read, easy to make cook book everytime :) nice illustrations, overall high quality book. Very useful if your on a tight budget. Chocolate brownies were great :) makes cooking easy and me look like a pro! Would recommend to anyone that wants a no nonsense cook book :)

I personally love Edmonds cook books. The recipes are very easy to follow and for those who are just starting out on their own and learning how to cook for yourself and others, this is THE book you can't be without! It's full of great, easy, basic ideas and it's for anyone. Whether you've never cooked in your life or a head chef.

Hopefully this book will help our son do a bit more cooking especially when he moves into his own house.
