Directions
Adults take 1 or 2 capsules (500mg – 1000mg) twice daily. Have one or two capsules with a glass of water first thing in the morning. Take another one or two capsules 60 minutes prior to exercise. Alternatively, take the second dose mid-afternoon on an empty stomach. Best fat burning results are achieved in conjunction with a diet low in saturated fats with plenty of vegetables, a variety of carbohydrate sources and an appropriate exercise programme.
