EasiYo Skimmers is a plain yogurt that contains less than 0.5g fat per 200g serve. It is unsweetened making it ideal for diabetics or anyone watching their waistlines or on a restricted fat diet. It provides a natural source of calcium.

Just sweeten to your taste with 2–4 tbsp sugar, honey (melted), icing sugar or sugar-substitute.
