e-Quals is a range of new qualifications to be offered by City & Guilds from September 2002. It has been developed for anyone who wants to improve their IT skills. There are a range of levels both for the user and for the practitioner. This textbook aims to cover everything you need to know for the City & Guilds e-Quals qualification at Level 1. Candidates must pass the core unit and two others from a choice of seven. The book covers all eight units in full and also contains exercises and consolidation activities.
