Once you buy an uncut set you will be hooked, it was mad on tv all those years ago and is even better on these dvds, you can choose between the old Japanese mono tone or 5.1 music and language, or American broadcast version. I've always wanted to watch dbz again, I'm very nostalgic about it from back in the day.

I had been keeping an eye out for a set like this but nothing ever caught my eye, sure you could buy the odd episode, but never had a publisher committed to delivering every single episode with such high quality video and audio.

This truly is the perfect buy for any dbz fan, but be careful, if you buy this, you won't be able to resist buying all the seasons!

Fantastic! The re-edited and cleaned footage is much more watchable and smoother from shot to shot, and the added violence and dialogue makes the series more adult and exciting to watch.

The ability to choose between the two different soundtracks is a great feature which adds a lot to the enjoyability of the series.

The uncut version is even better than the censored version I watched on TV – I must say, I'm impressed; I didn't think it was possible to improve the series, but they managed it!

I'm a total DBZ fan again thanks to these uncut season sets. I've been waiting for DBZ to come out on DVD since 2002 and these sets are perfect!

This saga has the hilarious Ginyu Force and the silly Captain Ginyu, they are interesting bad guys indeed. Gohan's getting into fighting more, Goku gets stronger, Vegeta's not totally evil as he used to be…this saga is a must own, the battles are great (the huge shock for me was the battle with Gohan and Recoome…and what happened to Gohan at the end).

The uncut series is so much better. There is the option of American music, which I prefer over the Japanese music, you just need to go to setup on the menu screen and switch audio tracks.

So all DBZ fans, buy this now :D

These new remastered versions of classic Dbz are awesome. They should be compulsory for anyone with the slightest interest in anime. After all Dragonball Z was one of the first and the best.

Was very please with how quick it showed up

the epic tale continues with the heroes quest to save the earth from the impending doom of frieza. after travelling to namek the discover the planet is in turmoil from the mighty frieza who is trying to collect the dragonballs to gain immortality. the heroes fight to prevent this from happening..all the while bulma hides in a cave and gets terrorized by dinosaurs and lack of commodities

Each episode seems more intense than the previous one, we found it hard not to watch the entire season at once! And the remastering makes a HUGE difference to image quality (a few of my friends commented on how much clearer it looked), making the DBZ experience even more enjoyable.

It's awesomenessly GREAT!! i tell ya, what they've done to this ‘uncut remastered’ dragonball z seasons just like ‘WOW’ By the way Gameplanet… when is the 3rd season coming out? because i wanna be one of the first to get it so I can see one of my favorite episodes of DBZ!!!
