John lives in upstate New York, USA, where he has never, ever jumped off a cliff. Nicola Slater studied illustration at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University before moving to London. She has illustrated numerous books including The Little Old Lady Who Cried Wolf!, Best Friends and Spot A Lot Animal Escape.
