Critic Reviews:
- “A bit out there, and a bit different and there are better films out there, but Dogs Don't Wear Pants is a solid 7/10 and worth a watch if you're into gritty cinema.” – Battle Royale With Cheese
- “An erotic, blackly comic drama, Finnish director J.-P. Valkeapää's third feature is as much about the transformative power of grief as much as it is about its masochistic self-perpetuation.” – CineVue
- “Beneath it all is the dippy grief-stricken sweetness of Truly, Madly, Deeply or Sleepless in Seattle – albeit with added whips.” – Observer (UK)
