This story was the last for Peter Davison as the Doctor, and he has long said it was his favourite. (I agree it's one of his best). It's fast moving, the Doctor's personality comes through and (finally) an explanation of why he wore the celery!
A better than average storyline for the time, but still very “British BBC” acting from the guest cast. A fitting end for the Doctor who put a kinder face on the character. I loved it.
