Finally a gluten free pasta that tastes good! Diamond gluten free pasta is made from 95% corn, not filler ingredients like potato starch or soy flour. This means is cooks like regular pasta (is forgiving of extra cooking time and no rinsing is required), isn’t sticky or soggy like some other gluten free pastas and has a great golden colour.

Diamond gluten free pasta is made in Italy in a dedicated gluten free factory.
