Good looking book, but disappointed to find that just over a quarter of the
main recipes are NOT GF.
The title implies that ALL recipes are GF with added options to make the GF
recipes Dairy Free, Egg Free or Vegan. This is not the case. Of the cookies,
slices, and scone recipes, 18 are GF alone or also and/or DF/EF/V, while 2 are
not GF. With the cupcake recipes 10 are GF alone or in combinations with
DF/EF/V and 7 are not GF. Of the 7 cake recipes, 4 are GF and/or are
DF/EF/V as well, and 3 are not GF.
So, in this supposedly Gluten Free cook book, a quarter of the recipes would
make people with Gluten issues very sick.
I do look forward to trying some of the GF recipes in the near future.
