Author Biography:

Michael K. Jones is a former United Church of Canada Minister born and raised in Atlantic Canada. He is a graduate of St. Thomas University (BA) in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and the Atlantic School of Theology (MDiv) in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Following his ordination in 1993 he began his ministry in Northern Alberta where he served the communities of Valleyview and DeBolt. From there he moved with his spouse Trish to Calgary, Alberta where he continues to live and work. His previous publication is entitled "Empty Houses: A Pastoral Approach to Congregational Closures".
