Author Biography:

Ninel Botezatu is a Ph.D. student in Finance at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. In 2011, she received her master’s degree in economics at the same institution. Before graduation, she was invited to work as a junior lecturer at the Finance faculty of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, and in 2012 promoted to university lecturer, teaching courses on taxes and tariffs, investments, and capital markets.
