About the Author H. L. Randall, born in Baltimore City and a graduate of University of Baltimore, still lives in Maryland near the fabulous Inner Harbor overlooking the Maryland Science Center. She is a fervent fan of paranormal and likes to bring to life worlds where the unlikely co-exist with one another in a small region of a mystic town-where her villains, who are colorful, intelligent, skillful, and deadly, frequently gain the upper hand.
