The loveable Prakash is a henpecked husband, bossed around by the two women in his life: his wife, Tuhina, a high-flying City Financier; and his daughter, Darshini, a worldly-wise teenager with high self-esteem. Into this untraditional British Asian household arrives Mousumi, the family's overweight country cousin from India. Tina Biswas is a twenty-six-year-old Oxford graduate who previously had a career in the city and now writes full time. She is currently working on her second novel.
