Being a woman is a beautiful joy but also comes with its share of challenges. Operating in this world and exuding strength is a common depiction of black women that often doesn't allow for vulnerability. This journal allows black women to affirm, reaffirm, and appreciate their womanhood. Journaling through life's challenges and triumphs allows black women to feel through their journey instead of just existing. Setting intentions and meditating attributes to having a healthy mindset and releasing the everyday stressors that may prevent consistent self-care. The prompts focus on: - Setting daily intentions (for example things/people to release, self-love, etc.) you can write/doodle/draw intent in the provided space. - Writing what you are grateful for and reflecting on the things that you appreciate in your life. - Write a mantra that resonates with you or create a personal mantra that you want to apply to your life. -Rating your overall day and if you were able to accomplish the intent you set. The hope is that each day you are able to grow and appreciate who you are as a black woman by learning healthy practices to take care of yourself mentally and spiritually.
