Yoshiaki Kawajiri (director of Vampire Hunter D:Bloodlust) shows us once again in this 90s OVA a perfect example of what Japanese animation can be. Cyber City OEDO is detailed, thrilling and doesn't hold back punches.
The English Dub is hilariously crude compared to the Japanese track.
Only downside was the faulty disc (lol madman) which crashes at a certain point mid-way.
