Superior to my laptop's sound card. I can now stack virtual synthesizers with FX without audio breaking up. To retrieve software visit actual product on website, the old address is no longer there. I bought this little USB sound card because the on-board sound died on my motherboard. Rather than purchasing a new sound card I thought I would see how I went with this little gadget. I was not disappointed but I must admit, I am rather partial to Creative products. Plugged it in and voila! Instant sound! I really like it.
The jack ports are so close together that I had to shave the rubber down on my plugs so that they could fit next to each other. Other than that, works as advertised.
