Coogan (Eastwood) is an Arizona cop who is responsible for extraditing a prisoner from NYC. Things do not go well for Coogan however, New Yorkers keep mistaking him for a Texan (which is a big no-no) and the prisoner is not quite ready to leave! They then go from bad to worse when he is responsible for allowing the prisoner to escape, and is sent tail between his legs, back to Arizona. However, with an ego bigger than the State of Texas, his pride refuses to let him to return empty handed, and so the story starts to get really interesting when he sets off to recapture his escaped criminal!

If you like Clint Eastwood, particularly Dirty Harry, then you should enjoy satisfaction with this flick.
