Author Biography:

Mark Guyer teachers grant classes at Kent State University and has counselled hundreds of non-profit organisations in obtaining grants. He holds a B.A. degree from Anderson University and Master's degrees from Indiana University and Ball State University. He has served on the faculty of Anderson University and worked in Washington for a U.S. Congressman.
