Dr. Kevin Brewer is Co-Chair and Professor in the Department of Engineering in the Walker School of Engineering at Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, IL, USA. Dr. Cathy Bareiss is a Professor of Computer Science at the same institution.
