This second edition looks at the first decade of the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) of the European Union. Founded at the start of the Balkan wars in the 1990s and celebrating its tenth anniversary in the wake of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the CFSP has certainly faced large challenges.
