This movie is fantastic, and Schwarzenager in his prime. It has plenty of awesome old school action movie moments, and some great one liners which Arnold is known for. All up the pacing and simplicity of the story makes for a fantastic action packed Schwarzenager slaughter.

The Blu-Ray Video quality is also excellent, the sound, not so much but good enough.

This movie is simply a cult classic. Violent, hilarious and oh so 1980's. Arnie has made so many movies, but this and Predator are his stand outs. Classic military movies that i'm sure made many many young red-blooded men enlist for service at the time, heck even watching it now, I want to sign up to the elite Australian Commando Force! The violence is both funny and packs a hard punch, the humour and one liners, oh my lord it's so cliqued! There is enough cheese in this movie to fill 4 large pizza boxes! This, along with Top Gun and Missing in Action, were part of the new wave of patriotic military movies that were sweeping the cinema at the time, which followed the anti-war movies of the 70's and early 80's (Full Metal Jacket, Platoon etc). If you watch this movie, and don't laugh, cringe, feel your heat beat faster or want to sign up for a lifetime membership at your local gym, then Arnie will simply laugh at you!
