Author Biography:

Dominic H. Lam is Professor of Clinical Psychology atthe University of Hull. He has published extensively in variousaspects of bipolar disorders and is the main author of the CBT forbipolar disorders trial. Steven H. Jones is Professor of Clinical Psychology andDirector of the Spectrum Centre for Mental Health Research atLancaster University. He has published widely on the development ofcognitive therapy approaches for bipolar disorder and onpsychological models relevant to the development and recurrence ofbipolar experiences. Peter Hayward worked for many years at the Institute ofPsychiatry and at the Maudsley Hospital. He is now retiredbut continues to practice CBT privately.
