I enjoyed this syrup. Was easy to take and a good flavor that didn't cause heartburn or not want to take as nasty. Seemed to help with the issues surrounding the flu and can imagine it helping more with a general cold. Bought both the 100ml and 200ml and would suggest the bigger bottle to help you though – seems to disappear fast. Back it up with the lozenges as it makes feeling ill that bit better. Recommend.
