"Not quite as good as other Clarkson efforts"
3 stars"

I was a little bit disappointed, theres not the full spectrum of supercars in this dvd, the ferrari on offer is hardly the most hardcore of ferrari's, the lamborghini is the softtop murcielago. The porsche gt3 vs audi r8 battle is good, with the stig vs the ringmaster sabine.

Theres also the weird bit about an old french supercar (alpine) which means its not just about the newest supercars, and its comparison to a g-whiz electric car. Which is then parodied with a battle with a table (this is supercars here, not a general top gear episode so it feels out of place).

Another grip is the in car camera which isn't of the top quality usually seen in clarkson and top gear dvds. Race resort ascari looks nice, but you can't help get the feeling this dvd is an advert for them, lots of the featured cars are chosen because they are owned by the race track. Still i'd recommend it as on its own its a good effort and clarkson is still very witty.
