Chobits is very enjoyable and cute. The show is produced by CLAMP, therefore hence the good quality.
Packaging: This R4 edition comes with a collector box and a T-shirt along with the first DVD. The box is sturdy and well crafted. The T-shirt is pretty nice, but it is a bit pink for a guy to wear it. :) The cover art is quite good. The overall packaging is superb.
Story/Character: The storyline seems to be quite straightforward and quite typical to this kind of genre. The storyline is quite enjoyable and progress very well. The character designs are cute and adorable. Great character designs by CLAMP!
Sound/Music: Both English and Japanese dubbings are very well done (I can sit through the whole DVD without any frustrations in both languages.) :) The music really suits the atmosphere of the show. I quite like the music. I need to hunt down the OST!
Extra: Nothing really special on this disk. It only has a non-credit opening video and an art gallery.
Overall Chobits is really well done. This edition is recommended to those serious anime collectors like me. I highly recommend it!
