The second edition of this title for standard grade chemistry matches the requirements of the standard grade, and provides coverage of general and credit level material. The authors have revised each chapter, taking into account new developments, such as in the field of fossil fuels. Other chapters have been updated where relevant, for instance to reflect changes to the Relative Atomic Mass data. The chemical dictionary chapter has been enlarged to include more key words. New exam questions have been included, together with homework and whole course questions at the end of the book.
