Tastes great and is convenient

A good way to make sure you keep up with your water intake.

Only bought this item as it was an add on at the end of my order. Won't buy again though as poor quality. Not sure why, but it has a muddy after taste and the bottles are very thin plastic, so no good in the workplace or next to the bed overnight as they rattle and make noise. Also dangerous when opening as tendency to squeeze and then once the lid loosens, well … be thankful its only water! Don't recommend – there are others a lot nicer.
