Description

It's a dull, rainy spring day in Fairy Land. There's only one thing that will brighten things up - Mimi and her friends need to paint a rainbow. But the magic paintbrushes are missing! With a sprinkling of magic, maybe Catkin the fairy kitten will be able to help... The first title in a brand new series of fairies and friendship. With a removable pop-up fairy and animal in each book, plus gorgeous glittery covers, it's the perfect series to collect. You'll want them all!

Author Biography

Clare Bevan started her writing career very young, forcing her friends to perform her first ever short play in the school playground when she was seven. Since then, Clare has written picture books, novels, adverts and plays, as well as hundreds of poems for children which have featured in over one hundred anthologies. She lives in Berkshire with her husband Martin, a grumpy cat called Miff and a seriously sleepy lizard called Mac. Cally Johnson-Isaacs has loved to draw ever since she first picked up a crayon. After graduating in Illustration from Newcastle Art College, Cally spent a few years illustrating greetings cards before becoming a freelance illustrator. She now works from her home studio where she has a lovely view of the Northumberland countryside. Cally is the illustrator of the marvellous RABBITS DON'T LAY EGGS! and CHARLIE CROW IN THE SNOW for Macmillan, as well as ELEPHANTANTRUM and THAT DOG! for Hodder.
