I have enjoyed music by Pink for a long time now and this album has many of my old favorites. I don't buy CD's all the time because I don't have endless cash but after buying this album I had no regrets. I think if you haven't heard much of Pink's music before this would be a good album to start with.

Personnel: Pink (vocals); Harold Frasier, Jr., Soulshock, Karlin, Lamont Maxwell, Daron Jones (various instruments); Michael Hartnet (guitar, bass); Craig Love, Derrick Scott (guitar); Kerren Stewart, Angele Lawless, James Eanes, Kathryn Stewart, Helen Kopec (strings); P.A. (keyboards, drums); Babyface, Terence "Tramp-Baby" Abney (keyboards, programming); Steve Rhythm, Brainz Dimilo (programming); Chrissy Conway, Shen Flaanagan, Tye-V, Ezeke, Erika Nuri Prather, Sheree Ford-Payne, Kandi Burruss, Tavia Ivey, Ricardo Lewis, Jamal Jones (background vocals).

Producers include: Babyface, Anthony President, Tricky, Lamont Maxwell, Steve Rhythm.

Engineers include: Paul Bountin, Tricky, Chris Champion.

No rookie in the music business, Pink had already had careers both as a dancer and background singer before forming a group of her own. Packed with cutting-edge R&B and pop, her debut album boasts seven songs co-written by this appealing and talented young woman.

On CAN'T TAKE ME HOME, Pink pulls out all the stops, working with writers and producers including Babyface on "Split Personality," She'kspere on the blazing hot "Hell Wit Ya," and Soulshock & Karlin on "Private Show." Other standout cuts included here are "Do What U Do," "Most Girls," and "You Make Me Sick." With a sheen that can be attributed to Pink's previous years of showbiz experience, CAN'T TAKE ME HOME is an accomplished album for a debut release.
