Jacqueline McIntyre is Senior Lecturer (Human Resource Management) in the University of Plymouth Business School. Tony Curtis is Director of Studies (Postgraduate Courses) in the University of Plymouth Business School. David Smith is Lecturer (Operations Management) in the University of Plymouth Business School.
