My time having been too much occupied other wise, the original plan was abandoned, and I turned the matter all over to him when he left the Museum with the understanding that he would finish individually the synoptic and descriptive parts. The result is the present paper, and I strongly recommend that it be published as a Bulletin of the Museum.
