The patient, at odds with a world that insists he is a crazy killer, finds himself surrounded by doctors who ask him about a dark side that he believes doesn't exist. Only one man can help him unlock the truth, a mysterious recluse named Salazar who whispers to him when the doctors aren't watching. Other stories in Broken Teeth include "A Train of Thought," a tale of a man who finds himself on a journey where nothing is quite what it seems, where people age years every second and where the final destination seems to be death.
