Description

''Breakthrough Management'' shows how to manage business priorities systematically and effectively. It illustrates how a large part of the competitive advantage of a business stems from improvements in its current operating performance, and the pace of its achievement is the distinctive factor between success and failure. Presenting an original management model, Merili incorporates a Japanese approach (Management by Policies), which can be seen as an extension of TQM techniques.
