Author Biography:

DR SHEILA HAYWARD is a Chartered Psychologist, and works as a Research Associate and Project Manager at the Centre for Occupational and Health Research Unit, at Cardiff University, Wales. She previously taught A level Psychology for 12 years and was an assistant examiner and coursework moderator for AEB Psychology A level.
