n. She attended Cambridge School of Art, and then briefly the prestigious St Martin's School of Art. Because she was already making a mark in the children's publishing world, she decided that this is what she wanted to do, so left St Martin's, moved into her studio and started properly on her career. Selina lives with her young son Alfred in a blissful house on the coast in Christchurch, New Zealand. Her books are published all round the world, and her delightful illustrations of a young child's world continue to enthrall parents and children alike.
