Author Biography

Kim Lehman started as a hobby beekeeper 20 years ago. Through the American Beekeeping Federation she founded and coordinated the Kids and Bees Program. She is a regular contributor to Kim Flottum's Bee Culture magazine. Kim Flottum recommended Kim Lehman for this project. She coordinates the Bee Buddies program through Bee Culture magazine which has members in every state.Currently on the Texas Commission on the Arts Touring Roster, Kim has performed at hundreds of festivals, schools, libraries, and museums including being a featured teller at the Texas Storytelling Festival, and therefore has numerous publicity opportunities to disseminate and promote her book.
