Set in locations around the globe, this collection of events linked by emotion and irrational thought is written for anyone with anxieties about travel.
Born in Lisbon in 1972, Jonathan Hehir spent his formative years in Durham, where he studied art, hotel and catering, then business to degree level. He worked in London, developing innovative product ranges for a major supermarket chain, whilst writing restaurant reviews in his spare time. In 2006, after winning the TV reality show Pressure Cooker he left the UK to travel the world, despite his fear of planes. He won acclaim for his blog on www.worldnomads.com, part of which was published.
