Larkin Jean Van Horn is a mixed-media artist who works in the areas of art quilts, beadwork, wearable art, and liturgical textiles. Her work has been displayed and won honors both regionally and nationally, including the prestigious Fairfield/Bernina fashion shows. She is a teacher and lecturer, has written and published two other books on embellishing, quilting, and creativity. She lives on Whidbey Island, Washington.
