From the irrepressible Sandra Boynton, whose board books for Workman have over 7.3 million copies in print, comes an irresistible idea, a storybook for bath time. "Bath Time!" is water-proof, non-toxic, completely baby-safe-and it floats! Because who better than Boynton, with her dancing hippos, cows, chickens, and dogs - or in this case, one messy pig - to capture the joy of bath time, with its splashing and singing, gurgles and bubbles. It's classic tale of pig meets paint. Spattered with colours from a long day in front of the easel, the pig teams up with bath toys and a washcloth and is determined to get all pink and clean: Gently scrub; From top to toes; Now I kiss you; and On the nose. Then, when the reader kisses the pig on the nose, it squeaks! (There's a bound-in squeaker on the last page.) Get it? Squeaky clean? Now that's some good clean fun.
