Directions
HOW: Add 120g (3 raised scoops) to 400 ml of water or other beverage. Shake or
blend until mixed and serve.
WHEN: Use between meals or 60–90 minutes prior to exercise and/or within 30 minutes after exercise as a recovery formula.
