Born in Medgidia, and educated in Constanta, Romania, Tamara Solomon studied Romanian Literature and Language, as well as English Literature and Language, to Bachelor of Arts Degree Level, and Romanian Literature and Culture, to Masters level. She is currently undergoing the admission to her PhD in Comparative Languages, Literature and Culture. When not working towards her future PhD degree, Solomon loves reading and writing. Now residing in Oxfordshire, England, Solomon offers up her debut novel, Awakening to Fire. The novel reads in the first person in a journal style and engages the reader in a love story which transcends the physical realm and raises many interesting points for the reader to ponder on.
