The Avenger controller shells are greatly over-hyped. The latest xbox one shell is an all plastic, non adjustable affair. It is difficult to place over the xbox one controller (so much so that instructions are required) and when in place causes the shoulder buttons to jam on the “on” position. I managed to get mine working by shaving various parts off the avenger with a craft knife and bending the closure hinge on one side (it had clearly warped when removed from the mold). Unlike the earlier xbox 360 avenger controller, none of the arms or button presses an this shell can be modified. The “A” button palm push, although innovative, gets in the way as you push left on the left thumb stick and is accidently pushed. The shell can be made to work but is a poor quality item that needed more development time.
