I dont like this dvd.. it is sooo boring!! and those aussie acents drive me crazy, and music is from the 80s and those outfits look stupid. I watched this once and hated it. I wouldnt recommend this product if you need something motivating cause this is not!!
the workouts are good in general and it seems value for money with 5 workouts on here, but not for a beginner. Give it a go if you dare.. but its hard to stay motivated with this.. it would be more fun to walk around the block and talk to the dog than watch this. Exercise = fun.. no way with this dvd!
