Love the Vanilla, so many things you can mix with it, bit of yoghurt and berries and you will feel full for ages. Great for weight loss and has helped with excellent results.
Gives a creamy thick fullness, great with Oat Milk (my favourite) or water is just as good. Love my morning smoothie, so much easier to drink it down than trying to eat breakfast, especially when I don't like eating breakfast, so would usually be a hard meal of the day to get down.
Highly recommend, lovely taste, good consistency, excellent price.
