FX800 was delivered via a Mighty Ape Christchurch warehouse facility, which made delivery a lot quicker than expected. The assembly instructions could be a little clearer on some areas, and the silicone lubricant tank is near impossible to read the liquid level compared to how it is shown on the instructions. The tube from the lubricant tank was “pinched/kinked” so it would be reducing the flow of lubricant to the belt… Had to adjust the tube to facilitate correct flow. The description of the FX800 stated an onboard BMI calculator… This is not the case, but it was a feature that led me to chose this model over the other version… Disappointed that this detail was misrepresented. Suggest that MightyApe update the description and check other Treadmill model features are accurate before it causes issues of false advertising. The 4-speaker system is adequate but sounds a little tinny… Not enough bass. Prefer to use sound direct from my android phone. The ledge on the main console is perfect to hold a smartphone/tablet to watch videos or enjoy your music playlist while exercising.
