I'm quite happy with the bench. It supports me at 97 kg. Took about 20 minutes to assemble and it was very straight forward. There's an ever so slight wobble at times but for the price point I'm not mad. Just make sure you generously tighten the screws. I have a small apartment and I can make room for the bench so I think it's pretty low profile. You could get creative and use it as seating somewhere if you were extra tight on space. The cushion material is dense enough to support you with adequate give. All in all I think it's great for the price for your home fitness goals.

Overall actually a pretty good product, but unfortunately the bolts back out quite quickly with sustained use. I recommend adding some Loctite to keep the bolts secure. Otherwise great product.
