I bought this for my 12 year old son. He seems to like it, uses it as a reading light too and likes how you can change the colour, although doesn't usually use this function much, just a nice to have. Got to be good if your pre teen isn't complaining right!
It wakes me up pretty gently with the light and I feel less tired, this will be very useful in winter especially. I wish you could add your own sound files to it as the default sounds are pretty harsh
