The size range of the cups and the spoons is impressive (cups 1/8, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 and 1 cup; spoons: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon) HOWEVER, these are NOT metric; i.e the cup is 240 mL not 250 mL, the 1/2 cup is therefore 120mL not 125 mL; the tablespoon is 15 mL not 20 mL, so if you are following Australian recipes, just be aware you have to add I twee bit more. Otherwise, solid, and can be put all together with a ring for both cups and spoons. As for the ‘stainless’ part, it ids far to early to tell.

These were clearly designed by someone who actually cooks. They look great, and are nice to hold. I love that they have the relevant ml marked on them as well at the cup size, which is practical for the mix of metric/imperial in modern cooking. They nest tightly so they don't waste space, and they have a little lip on one edge to help you lift them out. The spoons are narrow, so they fit inside spice jars! They also sit flat on the counter so you can measure out ingredients and leave them till you're ready. The larger cups have additional measurements marked on them which can be read on both the outside and inside. They will last a lifetime. This would make a really lovely gift (although the box presentation is nothing special).

The measuring cups have internal measuring marks, for example inside the 1/4 cup is a line for 1/8 cup etc, pretty nice extra. Measuring spoons are narrow and the teaspoon can fit into my spice jars. And I like the simplicity of no plastic on the handles.
